1. 适用范围Scope of these terms
本条款适用于 austin-eco.com 网站及其相关应用。平台提供商品与服务展示、定制需求沟通、询价、订单协作和客户支持等服务，具体以实际开放的功能为准。特定业务另有协议的，应在使用或交易前向用户明确说明。
These terms apply to austin-eco.com and its related applications. Services include product and service listings, communication about customization requirements, enquiries, order coordination and customer support, subject to the features actually available. Any separate terms for a particular service must be made clear before that service is used or a transaction is agreed.
2. 账号与授权Accounts and authority
用户应提供准确资料，妥善保管账号，并具备使用相关服务的合法资格。代表公司、供应商或其他组织操作时，应取得相应授权。发现账号被未经授权使用时，请及时联系我们。
You must provide accurate information, safeguard your account and have the legal capacity and authority to use the relevant services. If you act for a company, supplier or other organization, you must be authorized to do so. Please contact us promptly if you become aware of unauthorized use of your account.
3. 订单、费用与售后Orders, charges and after-sales arrangements
交易主体、商品或服务规格、价格、税费、交付方式及取消、退款安排，以交易前向用户明示并经确认的订单或协议为准。定制商品的特殊安排不排除用户依法享有的质量保障和其他权利。
The contracting parties, specifications, prices, taxes, delivery arrangements and cancellation or refund terms are those disclosed before the transaction and confirmed in the relevant order or agreement. Special arrangements for customized goods do not remove statutory rights concerning quality or other applicable protections.
4. 用户内容与知识产权Your content and intellectual property
用户应确保有权提交设计、图片、商标及其他资料。用户保留其内容的原有权利，并授权平台在提供所请求服务、处理订单及履行相关义务所必需的范围内处理这些内容。未经授权，不得利用平台侵犯他人权利。
You must have the necessary rights to submit designs, images, trademarks and other materials. You retain your existing rights in your content and authorize us to handle it only as necessary to provide the services you request, process orders and fulfil related obligations. You must not use the platform to infringe another person’s rights.
5. 社交平台连接Connections to social platforms
连接 Facebook、Instagram、WhatsApp 等第三方账号时，用户应具备相应管理权限。平台仅在用户授权及实际启用功能的范围内处理账号资料和业务消息。用户可通过第三方平台提供的设置撤销授权；第三方服务同时受其自身条款约束。
You must have the required authority to connect accounts on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or other third-party platforms. We handle account information and business messages only within the permissions granted and the features actually enabled. You may withdraw authorization through the relevant third-party settings. Third-party services are also subject to their own terms.
6. 隐私与数据请求Privacy and data requests
个人信息的处理方式见隐私政策。用户可通过联系邮箱提出访问、更正或删除个人信息的请求。我们会核实请求，并依据适用法律处理；依法需要保留的记录按相应要求保存。
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. You may use our contact email to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. We will verify and handle requests in accordance with applicable law. Records that must be retained by law will be kept as required.

用户不得利用平台实施欺诈、侵权、非法访问或其他违法行为。为处理安全事件或违规行为，我们可采取与风险相称的限制措施，并在法律允许及实际可行的情况下说明原因、提供联系渠道。账号限制不影响依法应处理的订单、款项及数据请求。
You must not use the platform for fraud, infringement, unauthorized access or other unlawful activities. We may apply proportionate restrictions to address security incidents or misuse, explain the reasons and provide a contact channel where lawful and practicable. Account restrictions do not remove obligations to handle orders, payments or data requests as required by law.
8. 服务责任Responsibility for services
自动翻译、AI 辅助内容及自动分析可能存在错误，重要交易信息应由相关方确认。涉及医疗等受监管领域的专业判断，应由具备相应资格的专业人士作出。各方按照适用法律及有效合同承担责任。本条款不排除或限制依法不得排除或限制的责任和用户权利。
Automated translations, AI-assisted content and automated analysis may contain errors. The relevant parties should confirm important transaction information. Professional decisions in regulated fields, including healthcare, must be made by appropriately qualified professionals. Each party remains responsible under applicable law and valid contracts. These terms do not exclude or restrict any liability or user rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
9. 条款更新与争议处理Changes and dispute resolution
重大条款变更将以适当方式通知用户；依法需要同意时，将另行取得同意。更新不当然改变已经确认的订单或已签订的合同。本条款适用香港法律，同时保留用户依法享有的其他强制性保护。争议可先通过联系邮箱协商，未能解决的，由依法具有管辖权的法院处理。
We will give appropriate notice of material changes and obtain consent where required by law. Updates do not automatically change confirmed orders or existing contracts. These terms are governed by Hong Kong law, without removing any other mandatory protections available to you. Please contact us first to seek a resolution of any dispute. Unresolved disputes may be brought before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
